BOARDWALK CONCIERGE™
Using our breakthrough 5-D Framework™, BOARDWALK CONCIERGE™ curates senior leaders for the search and selection as a ready board candidate. This is done using a blend of web delivery and professional ‘concierge’ one on one coaching. The Concierge assigned to the leader will be a current board member of a public or private company, with years of experience in the process of board search. Not only will we help them understand what boards do, what types of boards there are, current day challenges boards are facing today, they will learn what to do when the first board search call comes in, & how to prepare for interviews. We also help with online presence, ‘elevator speech’ , introductions to key search organizations, make recommendations of which Director organizations or courses are appropriate for them, if they want more learnings, and more.
ONBOARD PROGRAM™
Using our breakthrough 5-D Framework™, ONBOARD PROGRAM™ curates senior leaders for the search and selection as a ready board candidate. This is done using 100% web delivery in a self-directed and self-paced manner. ( One on one coaching is optionally available on an hourly basis at an additional charge.) Not only will the senior leader learn what boards do, what types of boards there are, current day challenges boards are facing today, they will learn what to do when the first board search call comes in, & how to prepare for interviews. They will learn about how to optimize their online presence, ‘elevator speech’ , will make recommendations of Director courses, and more.
Decide, Get, and Maximize Your Impact On a Board
THE BOARDWALK PROGRAM™ is a modular learning experience that begins early when the senior leader is on the cusp of being in the market for a board role. The program can also be used for anyone who just wants to learn about board service. We ‘walk with the leader’ to educate and prepare them to make their decisions about board service, and then help them get ready to go through the search and selection process. The Board search and selection process has been elusive and mysterious, but the BOARDWALK PROGRAM™ will demystify the process for those who may have never thought they could serve on a board. And it informs the attendees on how to go through it. Now is the time for leaders to learn how to approach the possibility of board service as real, and one in which they can compete.
